The Ivan Dolac vineyard is located on the sunny southern slopes of the island of Hvar. Situated at 350 meters above sea level on steep slopes (up to 70%), the vines benefit from a "triple insolation effect"—direct sunlight, reflection from the sea, and reflection from the surrounding stone. This unique environment ensures the production of exceptionally high-quality grapes, which are harvested by hand.

Badel Mediterano is a premium quality wine that embodies the essence of the sun-drenched vineyards of Hvar. It is a powerful, fruit-forward wine that benefits from the unique climate of the southern slopes, resulting in a complex and robust character that is both sophisticated and approachable.

Alcohol Content: Typically 14–15% vol.

Wine Variety: Plavac Mali (Premium Selection).

Aroma & Taste: Displays a dark ruby red color with intense aromas of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is strong and full-bodied, characterized by soft and mature tannins that provide a smooth, elegant texture and a lasting finish.

Serving Recommendation: Serve at 16–18°C. This wine is an excellent companion to rich meat dishes, game, dark chocolate-based desserts, or slow-cooked traditional Dalmatian pašticada.
