Plavac Hvar

Ivan Dolac is located on the southern side of the island of Hvar. The vineyard is located at 350m above sea level with slopes of up to 70%, which results in a positive triple insolation effect (heat obtained from the sun and heat reflection from the sea and stones). The effect contributes to the extraordinary quality of hand-harvested grapes.
