On the palate, it is easy-drinking, full-bodied, and rounded, with good acidity and similar aromas to those detected on the nose. The intense aftertaste features pronounced notes of black cherry and blueberry, contributing to its fruity character.

PLANTAZE Merlot pairs well with dishes that are not overly spicy, including white and red meats, beef steak, pork, prosciutto, smoked meats, and hard cheeses. It also complements desserts like poppy seed and walnut cakes beautifully.
