Pelinkovac

DARNA Pelinkovac, affectionately known as "Rovinjski Pelinkovac," is crafted from the essence of the Artemisia herb, commonly referred to as wormwood or pelin in Croatian. This liqueur is based on a traditional recipe that dates back to 1925.

Its natural color is achieved by caramelizing sugar in special copper kettles. Notably, it matures in oak barrels, which imparts a unique aroma and distinctive quality.

The thick amber liqueur envelops your palate and provides warmth when enjoyed neat. Pelinkovac is also delightful over ice, mixed with tonic water, or as a versatile ingredient in a variety of cocktails.
