UNIQUE AMONG BRANDIES. After weeks of ripening in the Mediterranean sun, the Bristrica plum becomes dark purple, juicy and sweet. The fruits ripen on the trees to achieve the best aroma and taste. Already towards the end of the summer period, when the harvest time comes, the finest fruits are selected and harvested.
