Ivan Dolac is located on the southern side of the island of Hvar. The vineyard is located at 350m above sea level with slopes of up to 70%, which results in a positive triple insolation effect (heat obtained from the sun and heat reflection from the sea and stones). The effect contributes to the extraordinary quality of hand-harvested grapes.

Wine kept in barrique barrels whose varietal aromas of dried berries and grapes are refined with discreet secondary aromas of maturation. The taste of the wine reveals a strong,
robust note rich in ripe tannins, making it elegant and soft on the palate.
